Introduction

Vite Wholesale adds a wholesale channel to your WooCommerce store. Customers apply for wholesale access, you approve them and give them a badge, and they see wholesale prices across your shop while everyone else keeps paying retail.

It works on any WooCommerce store. You don't need Vitepos or any other plugin.

#How it works

Everything in Vite Wholesale is built from four ideas:

1. Applications. A logged-in customer opens My Account → Wholesale and submits the wholesale application form. You review it under ViteWholesale → Applications.
2. Badges. A badge is a wholesale tier, such as Silver or Gold. Each approved customer holds one badge. The badge decides which pricing rules apply to them and, optionally, which payment methods they can use.
3. Pricing rules. A pricing rule is a percentage or fixed discount that applies to the products, categories and minimum quantities you choose. You attach rules to badges.
4. Storefront pricing. When a customer with a badge browses your store, their prices are recalculated on product pages, in the cart and at checkout, including the WooCommerce Blocks cart and checkout.

A typical flow looks like this: John Doe applies, you approve him, he gets your default badge, and from then on every product covered by that badge's rules shows his wholesale price.

#Where to find it

After activation, a ViteWholesale item appears in your WordPress admin menu. The panel has two sidebar sections:

• Wholesale: Applications, Pricing Rules, Badges, Customers, plus Quote Manage and Reports (Pro)
• Admin Menu: Settings, plus Custom Fields and Email Templates (Pro)

Pro features stay visible in the menu with a small "Pro" tag. Clicking one on a free install opens a short upgrade notice instead of the screen.

• Wholesale applications with approve, reject and re-apply
• Customer badges with a default badge and per-badge payment methods
• Pricing rules with rule groups, product and category conditions, minimum quantities, and percentage or fixed discounts

• An activity log that records wholesale events as they happen
• Translation support through standard WordPress tools such as Loco Translate, Poedit and WPML

#What Pro adds

Vite Wholesale Pro is an add-on that runs on top of the free plugin. It adds:

• A dedicated Wholesale Shop page for fast bulk ordering
• Quote negotiation with a shipping calculator
• Badge upgrades. Customers who pass a higher badge's spend threshold are flagged so you can upgrade them with one click, and an optional auto-upgrade setting is available.
• Custom application fields
• Email templates for application and quote notifications
• A customer address book with a checkout picker
• Wholesale reports
• Vitepos order panel pricing, for stores that also use Vitepos
