Wholesale reports
See wholesale revenue, orders, customers, applications, top products and categories in one dashboard, filtered by date range, badge and category.
Wholesale reports show how your wholesale business is doing next to your retail sales. You get revenue and order totals, application counts, best-selling products, best customers and category performance on one screen.
Go to ViteWholesale → Reports.
Filters and actions
The report opens with the last 30 days. Use the filter bar to change what you see:
- Date Range: the period to report on.
- Badge: only orders from customers who currently hold this badge.
- Category: only sales of products in this category.
The buttons next to the filters do two things:
- Reload fetches fresh numbers. Results are cached for up to an hour to keep the screen fast, so click Reload when you need up-to-the-minute figures.
- Export downloads a CSV of the Sales Overview headline figures for the selected date range: wholesale and retail order amounts, customer counts and application counts.
Note: The Badge filter uses each customer's badge today, not the badge they held when they placed the order.
Sales Overview
The first tab gives you the big picture.
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Wholesale Order Amount | Revenue from wholesale orders in the period |
| Total Retail Order Amount | Revenue from all other orders in the period |
| Total Users | Your customers, split into Wholesale Users and Normal Users |
| Total Orders | Order count, split into Wholesale Orders and Retail Orders |
| Sales Trend | Wholesale revenue over the period, in daily bars for up to 60 days, weekly bars up to a year, and monthly bars beyond that |
| Wholesale vs Retail Split | A chart comparing wholesale and retail revenue |
| Wholesale Applications | Applications submitted in the period, as Pending, Approved and Rejected counts |
| Recent Activity | The latest events across your store, such as new applications, approvals, rejections, badge assignments and badge upgrades |
The user counts show your customers today. They don't change with the date range. Recent Activity always shows the latest store-wide events, whatever filters you use.

What counts as a wholesale order
- Wholesale or retail: an order counts as wholesale if the customer was an approved wholesale customer when they placed it through checkout, classic or Blocks. The label is stored on the order and doesn't change later, even if the customer's wholesale access is removed. Every other order counts as retail.
- Paid orders only: reports include orders in WooCommerce's paid statuses, such as Processing and Completed. Pending, cancelled and failed orders are left out.
Tip: If a filter combination has no data, you'll see a message such as "No wholesale orders found for this filter combination." Widen the date range or clear the Badge and Category filters.
